Group Sound Journeys (also known as ‘sound baths’) are a way to hit the ‘pause’ button on life—and ‘reset’ your body, mind and spirit. In this simple yet profound experience, you are better able to unwind from stress and settle into your natural state of stillness. Tap into a sense of meaning and connection within—and to those around you.
Every journey is a unique and unrepeatable exploration of sound, but they usually flow this general sequence:
Tuning in. A moment to slow down and bring the body and mind into balance. We use breath, stillness, and self-created sound to guide ourselves into a state of alignment and ease.
Sound immersion. Comfortably seated or lying down, bathe in the vibrations of over two dozen instruments intuitively played live.
Integration. A pause for meditative stillness, group reflection, or our favorite addition—chocolate!
